Dear Traveler: thank you for choosing us to perform this Tour! We hope you enjoy your trip.

Here we give you a guidance on their tour with the information that we believe may be of your interest. The information is indicative, may exist variations on designated hours.

TRANSFER from the airport, if you have it included or purchasing. Our transfer will be waiting for you with a poster on behalf of Europamundo or its name to the output of the custom (after collecting your luggage)..

Remember to inform us by phone if you lost your connection flight or expected delay of their arrival, in your VOUCHER figure the phone of the transfer.

IMPORTANT: If you had additional nights upon arrival the hotel will have your reservation, but his travel guide normally will not be until the night before the start of the tour.

Welcome to Europamundo! Transfer to the hotel and free time. You will be provided with the information required for the beginning of the trip in the afternoon; otherwise, the information will appear on the information panels at the hotel reception area.
IMPORTANT: -Remember that hotels check-in time is usually at 14:00 hrs. If you require more hours of room availability, consider booking an additional night at the beginning of your trip.
- IF YOU REQUESTED ADDITIONAL NIGHTS upon arrival at the hotel, you would have your room booked, but your trip guide would normally contact you at the beginning of the included activities. At the reception you can also find an informative sign, indicating the telephone number and hours of assistance of our staff. YOUR TIME THEREFORE BEFORE THIS MOMENT IS FREE. The hotel staff can help you with all the information you need.
-OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES: During your trip, it´s likely that your guide will offer you optional activities. If these activities are available in the Europamundo app or through your "My Trip" link, we strongly recommend that, if interested, you book them well in advance to ensure availability. Waiting until the last minute often means missing out on the opportunity to participate (due to lack of tickets, coach seats, etc).

08.00hrs.- Panoramic tour with a local guide of approximately two and a half hours of the capital of Italy, one of the most influential cities in Western civilization. Our visit, by coach, is adapted to the rigid control system of tourist coaches that circulate in Rome established by the city council of this city. In the panoramic tour you will get to know the ancient Rome called Imperial Rome: Colosseum, Arch of Constantine, Marcellus Theatre, Capitoline Hill, Roman Forums, Circus Maximus, Church of Santa Maria in Cosmedin with the “bocca della verita” (mouth of the truth), Republican Temples, Baths of Caracalla, Aurelian Wall, Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni de Lateran, Church of Santa Maria in Dominica (Navicella), Cestia Pyramid, St. Paul´s Gate, Lungo Tevere Avenue with the Babylonian-style Jewish Synagogue, Tiber Island, passage in front of St. Angel´s Castle.
This tour ends in St. Peter´s Square in the Vatican . For the travelers that are interested, our guide will offer an optional tour after the panoramic tour where you can visit in more detail the Basilica of St. Peter and the most outstanding rooms of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel.
Free time in the afternoon. 18:30 hrs. - At the end of the day we include a transfer to the popular Trastevere district, with its small restaurants and atmosphere. Return to the hotel at approximately 8.30 pm.
Note : Due to the new municipal regulations on the circulation of tourist coaches in Rome being still in the process of being defined, the panoramic tour described may vary depending on it.
Free time the whole day to keep exploring the city. Today we suggest you take an optional excursion to Naples, Capri and Pompeii.

Scenery: pleasant landscapes; historical towns along the route.
Note: we recommend you wear comfortable shoes as the city tour of Florence involves walking.
08:00h Rome – Departure (may slightly vary, depending on the departure points).
12:30h Florence – upon arrival we will make a stop to take a photo at the Michelangelo viewpoint , where we can have one of the most beautiful views over the city. After that we include a sightseeing tour with a local guide of the capital of Tuscany, one of the most visited cities in the country, considered the cradle of the Renaissance and few of the most influential artists and thinkers in history, such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Botticelli or Raphael. Highlights include the Gothic cathedral (duomo), the ancient Stone Bridge (Ponte Vecchio) with its goldsmiths´ shops and the Signoria square - the political heart of the city with the town hall in a medieval building.Free time in the afternoon. We recommend visiting one of its impressive museums, such as the Accademia Gallery or the Uffizi museum.

Landscapes: Beautiful views over the Mediterranean.
08:00 hrs Florence - departure.
09:15 hrs Pisa -arrival. Our guide will accompany you through the monumental site. The city´s tourist regulations oblige us to park the bus in the place provided for this purpose by the town hall. This car park is located approximately one kilometer from the monumental site, which you can access on foot or by city buses. Please note the number of the bus for your return, our guide will inform you.
11:00 hrs Pisa -departure. We continue along the Mediterranean alongside white marble mountains (Carrara area). We leave the motorway through the Ligurian Riviera area, one of the most beautiful places in the Mediterranean.
12:45 hrs- Sestri Levante - Charming little resort town by the sea. Time for a walk and lunch.
15:00 hrs Sestri Levante -departure. -We follow the Riviera between spectacular maritime landscapes.
18:00 hrs Monte Carlo. -Time to walk around in this glamorous area, you can visit its famous casino (remember to bring your passport at hand).
19:15 hrs Monte Carlo -departure. We follow the middle corniche towards the capital of the Côte d´Azur.
20:00 hrs Nice. - Arrival.
Important note: in this stage there may be some occasions where the guide is not fluent in English

Scenery: Large pastures in Extremadura. Powerfully walled towns in Portugal. Entrance to Lisbon via the beautiful suspension bridge over the Tagus.
Note: Time change when passing to Portugal, you will have to set your watch back one hour (when in Spain it is 12 o´clock, in Portugal it is 11 o´clock).
07:45 hrs. - Madrid - Departure (the time may change slightly depending on the departure points). We travel through Castile and Extremadura.
12:15 hrs. - Mérida - Arrival in the capital of Extremadura. Admission included to the archaeological complex of the Roman Theater and Amphitheater , the largest in the Iberian Peninsula, a World Heritage Site, recognized not only for its good state of conservation, but also as an example of the importance that spectacle and entertainment had in all of the provinces of Ancient Rome. Merida also has a pleasant pedestrian historic center with a lot of life and places where you can have lunch.
15:30 hrs. - Mérida - Departure. Pretty large farmland scenery. Crossing to Portugal. We enter the region of Alentejo.
16:30 hrs (Portuguese time) - Évora - Arrival. The capital of Alentejo, one of the most ancient cities in Portugal which has been declared UNESCO World Heritage. Time to have a walk through the historic center with its white streets, its cathedral, its old churches, a taste of southern Portugal.
18:30 hrs. - Évora - Departure.
20:00 hrs. - Lisbon – Arrival.
Note: if the number of passengers is very limited, the journey from Madrid to Merida might be carried out by public transport (regular bus or train).
City tour of Lisbon. In the morning city tour with a local guide lasting approximately 2 hours. During this visit we will pass through the following points: Eduardo VII park, Baixa Pombalina (Marqués de Pombal square, Rossío square with views of the San Jorge castle, Alfama), Estrela
neighborhood, Estrela Basilica, Monument to the Discoveries, Belém Tower, Jerónimos Monastery. The visit will finish in the city center. Free time in the afternoon to continue exploring the city. We suggest you taking the Elevator da Gloria to visit Bairro Alto and the viewpoint São Pedro. Our guide will optionally offer you to visit the beautiful towns of Sintra with its castle and Cascais and Estoril by the sea.
20:30 hrs. - We return from the Restauradores Square , an area with numerous restaurants and cafes, to the hotel.

After breakfast, end of our services.
Note: Remember that hotels check-out time is usually at 10.00 hrs. In most cases, you can leave your luggage at the hotel reception at check-out time, so you can enjoy the city and pick it up at the time you require that same day. If you need more time to use your room, please consider booking an additional night at the end of your tour.
