TRANSFER from the airport, if you have it included or purchasing. Our transfer will be waiting for you with a poster on behalf of Europamundo or its name to the output of the custom (after collecting your luggage)..

If you begin your trip in Zagreb, our guide will arrive in the city on Wednesday at approximately 3:00 p.m. You will have free time until the guide arrives.

4:00 p.m. - City tour of Zagreb with a local guide. We will explore the highlights of the Croatian capital, including its two hills, the old quarter, the upper city, and the newer neighborhoods. The tour will last about two hours. Afterward, you will have free time to explore on your own. Dinner is included.

09:00 a.m. - We’ll enjoy a panoramic tour of Dubrovnik with a local guide in the morning. We will undoubtedly be in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, perched on a cliff, surrounded by walls and kissed by the Adriatic Sea. Its intact historic center is a jewel of world architectural heritage. We’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a stunning view of the city from a scenic viewpoint along the road. The tour includes tickets to the Franciscan Monastery, home to the oldest pharmacy in Europe, and the Assumption Cathedral. We’ll also take a boat trip to Lokrum, a small island just 15 minutes away that is home to the ruins of an eleventh-century Benedictine monastery, a popular setting for the series Game of Thrones . Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore at your leisure before returning to the hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner will be included.

12:30 p.m. - Bled. Nestled between mountains and forests, this beautiful Slovenian enclave sits on the edge of a lake. We’ll enjoy a boat trip on Lake Bled to reach its island, where we’ll see the monastery. We’ll have time for lunch in the tourist town of Bled.

We’ll pass by landmarks such as the Arch of Constantine, the Roman Forums, Circus Maximus, the Basilica of Saint Mary in Cosmedin with the Bocca della Verità (the Mouth of Truth), the Republican Temples, the Baths of Caracalla, the Aurelian Walls, the Basilica of Saint Mary Major, the Archbasilica of Saint John Lateran, the Minor Basilica of Saint Mary in Domnica alla Navicella, the Pyramid of Cestius, Porta San Paolo, Tiber Island, Lungotevere Avenue with the Babylonian-style Jewish Synagogue, and the exterior of Castel Sant´Angelo.
This tour will conclude in Vatican City, an independent state within Rome and the heart of the Catholic Church. For those interested, our guide will offer an optional visit after the panoramic tour, providing deeper insight into St. Peter’s Basilica and the most notable rooms of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. 11:00 a.m. – We’ll stop in Naples to board a ferry (tickets included). The estimated departure is at 11:35 a.m. for a 50-minute cruise through beautiful landscapes.
12:45 p.m. - Capri. Enjoy free time. You can visit the White Grotto or take a cable car ride to the center of Capri.

02:00 p.m. - We’ll continue our journey to Villa San Giovanni, where around 04:30 p.m., we’ll board a ferry for a short 20-minute crossing to Sicily.
05:30 p.m. - Arrival in Messina. We’ll take some time to stroll through the city center, our first encounter with the island of Sicily.
06:30 p.m. - Departure from Messina.
07:30 p.m. - Taormina.

12:45 p.m. – Arrival in Caltagirone, a city designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its rich Baroque heritage. You’ll get to ride a little tourist train (included), where you’ll learn about the city’s rich history and key landmarks. Caltagirone is also the ceramic capital of Sicily, as seen in its numerous shops, workshops, and iconic sites, including the famous 142-step staircase, each step uniquely decorated with colorful tiles.
03:00 p.m. – Departure from Caltagirone.
03:45 p.m. – Villa Romana del Casale (admission included). You’ll go on a tour with a local guide to get to know this World Heritage Site, a remarkable example of a Roman villa, showcasing the grandeur of agrarian life in the Roman Empire. The villa’s 4th-century architecture is exceptionally well-preserved, and its mosaics, which decorate nearly every room, are among the most beautiful in the Roman world.

12:45 p.m. – Arrival in Caltagirone, a city designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its rich Baroque heritage. You’ll get to ride a little tourist train (included), where you’ll learn about the city’s rich history and key landmarks. Caltagirone is also the ceramic capital of Sicily, as seen in its numerous shops, workshops, and iconic sites, including the famous 142-step staircase, each step uniquely decorated with colorful tiles.
03:00 p.m. – Departure from Caltagirone.
03:45 p.m. – Villa Romana del Casale (admission included). You’ll go on a tour with a local guide to get to know this World Heritage Site, a remarkable example of a Roman villa, showcasing the grandeur of agrarian life in the Roman Empire. The villa’s 4th-century architecture is exceptionally well-preserved, and its mosaics, which decorate nearly every room, are among the most beautiful in the Roman world.
05:15 p.m. – Departure from Villa Romana del Casale as we continue through the mountainous interior of the island.
07:30 p.m. – Palermo. Dinner included.

Highlights include the cathedral, famous for its blend of architectural styles and royal tombs (admission included), and the Palazzo dei Normanni, a former royal palace with fountains, markets, and gardens. We’ll also visit Monreale to see its cathedral (admission included), a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its breathtaking golden mosaics that adorn the entire interior. The afternoon is yours to enjoy at your leisure.
